Kickoff Application Launcher
The Kickoff Lanucher is much better than the Windows XP or the Windows Vista start menu. The applications are arranged in appropriate sections whereas in Windows overtime the start menu becomes unusable because of the large number of apps. It also has a search on the top which is similar in Windows Vista.
